All cancellation requests must be made via email or official contact channels. Cancellation is effective only after confirmation from our team.

Third-party provider policies

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting cancellation charges, service fees, and applicable taxes. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to: Promotional or discounted packages, Special fare flights or limited-time deals, Last-minute bookings, Such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

Any changes to bookings (dates, destinations, passenger details) are subject to availability. Additional charges, fare differences, or penalties may apply. Some bookings may not be eligible for modifications as per service provider policies.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to utilize any booked service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

6. Third-Party Services

FLY Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. FLY Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third parties.

7. Service & Processing Fees

A service or processing fee may be charged for cancellations and refunds. These fees are non-refundable.
